This pose is called the "Prasarita Padottanasana". The English name would be, "Wide Leg Forward Fold Pose". This may be the best way to learn Yoga.

Mixing Yoga with Sensuality. Call it Nude Yoga or Sensual Yoga makes no difference, but Yoga does feel best when done in a natural way.
