This pose is called the "Parvatasana". The English name would be, "Mountain Pose". This pose is one of the 12 poses of the "Suryanamakar" or in English, you could call the "Sun Salutation".

Mixing Yoga with Sensuality. Call it Nude Yoga or Sensual Yoga makes no difference, but Yoga does feel best when done in a natural way. This may be the best way to learn Yoga.
