Inktober 2022 Day 14 (Empty)

A new Pokémon, "Quilice" searching for its lost baby "Mentaquil" from its "EMPTY" belly pouch.

Unlike Quilava being a fire type, Quilice is an ice type Pokémon. Instead of fire coming out of the holes of its body, ice shards come out as a defense mechanism.
