Ipsypup

Ipsypup is a psychic ice type puppy Pokémon.

It has glowing colorful icy shards emerging out of its head, spine and tail. It throws the shards using telekinesis, which can form ice when come in contact with anything. As the color of the shards becomes lighter, it can cool faster and heavier.

The shards glow brightly in the night to guide the way.
