This pose is called the "Sirsasana". The English name would be, "Head stand". It's quite easy, since you support your body weight on your head.
Mixing Yoga with Sensuality. Call it Nude Yoga or Sensual Yoga makes no difference, but Yoga does feel best when done in a natural way.
