Inktober 2022 Day 30 (Gear)

For day 30, I decided to design a new Pokémon. An evolution of Eevee, Geareon. It can use Rock type and Steel type moves and leaves grease in the atmosphere it appears in.

When the gears on its head and neck rotate, it can sense problems in any machine and solve them.
