Inktober 2022 Day 19 (Ponytail)

Since it is almost Halloween and the festival of lights, Diwali, I decided to make something spooky and sparkling. I absolutely love the Pokémon named Umbreon and I liked the ghost essence of the Ghost Pokémon, Shuppet. So, this new Pokémon is a combination of Umbreon and Shuppet. Its ears have wings like a dragon with illuminating lights for spine. Finally, I added a long ponytail for the theme which could be said it resembles the one of Pyroar.

I name this Pokémon, Halleon. It is a Ghost, Dark and Dragon type.
